California metal heavyweights Metallica are playing Parc Jean-Drapeau Wednesday, July 19 as part of the North American leg of their WorldWired Tour.
Tickets for the outdoor concert will be on sale Friday, Feb. 17, Evenko announced Monday. Prices range from $99.50 to $285.50. Avenged Sevenfold and Volbeat will be the openers for the Montreal show.
The tour is in support of the band’s latest record Hardwired… to Self-Destruct, released in November 2016.
Metallica is also coming to Quebec City this summer, playing the Plains of Abraham on Friday, July 14 as part of the Festival d’été de Québec.
